How do I update my account information, such as my name or zip code?

Login to your Consumer Account at bbb.org/account/login. After signing in, go to the "My Account" tab at the top. Use the "Update My Account Info" button at the bottom of the screen. 

You can change your first and last name, password, display name, phone number and postal code.

If you change your postal or zip code, Your Local BBB may change as well. 

Please note, email address is not an editable field in the portal. Please create a new account if you want to use another email address.
